Updated Open House Duty
Hi Guides,
Please refer to the updated table below for your duty for open house this Saturday, and read up on what you are supposed to do.
You have to report at our booth 15 minutes before your actual shift starts in FULL GUIDES UNIFORM.

You have to report at our booth 15 minutes before your actual shift starts in FULL GUIDES UNIFORM.
All Guides have to either stay near/at the booth and present to parents/primary 6 students about what we do in Guides etc; or go around inviting parents/primary 6 to visit our booth (attract them by giving them souvenirs-can explain what the structure is, what the two flags represent, etc). While bringing visitors over to our booth, Guides have to provide them with a brief introduction of our school and Guides.
Do remember to bring some money along so you can go to the canteen and buy food, as lunch is not provided.
Remember to be friendly, courteous and neat at all times. Do your best for Open House, and let the parents and fellow juniors have a great impression of AHS and of Guides!
